Koushik Chatterjee to succeed Henrik Adam as member Supervisory Board Tata Steel Nederland
The Supervisory Board of Tata Steel Nederland (TSN) today announces that Dr. Henrik Adam has expressed the wish to step down as member of the Supervisory Board of TSN as of January 29, 2025. At the same date, Mr. Adam will be succeeded by Mr. Koushik Chatterjee, who also serves as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Tata Steel Ltd. Henrik Adam will continue in his role of Executive Chairman of Tata Steel Netherlands Holdings B.V., with a focus on European matters and advisor to the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Steel Ltd.
